PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Minneapolis’ Mitsubishi Mini Split Specialist — Single & Multi-Zone Installations Done Right Since 2014

Most of my projects run $8,000 – $18,000. If you’re looking for the cheapest option, I’m probably not your guy. If you want it done right the first time, let’s talk.

Mitsubishi Electric Elite Diamond Contractor — the highest installer designation Mitsubishi awards

Takes about 60 seconds to get started.

Designed correctly. Installed cleanly. No shortcuts.

WARRANTY

Every VisionAiry Install Includes a 12-Year Parts and Labor Warranty

Most contractors offer one year of labor coverage if you’re lucky. Every system I install is backed by 12 years of parts and labor — meaning if something goes wrong, you’re covered. Not just the equipment. The labor too. That warranty only holds when the installation is done correctly from the start. That’s why I don’t cut corners on the install.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

What “Done Right” Actually Means

Every install I do follows the same non-negotiable standards:

  • Proper load calculation designed around your home’s actual layout — not a generic estimate
  • Pressure tested to 500 PSI as required by Mitsubishi
  • Vacuum pulled below 100 microns with a decay test — the step most installers skip entirely
  • Dedicated surge protection at every outdoor unit
  • Line sets covered in paintable PVC composite line hide
  • Full commissioning and warranty registration before I leave

I’ve done this on every one of my 500+ installs over 12 years. It’s not a checklist I added for marketing. It’s how I’ve worked since day one.

WHY WORK WITH ME

This Isn’t a Volume Business for Me

I specialize in Mitsubishi mini split systems, especially multi-zone installs in real Minneapolis homes. Older homes, additions, finished attics, rooms that never quite get comfortable — that’s the work I focus on.

Most of the systems I install are the kind other contractors either oversimplify or walk away from. I take the time to design the system properly so it actually performs the way it should.

I handle the work myself. No subcontractors. No handoffs. What we design is what gets installed.

If you’re looking for the lowest price, there are plenty of options. If you want it done right, with attention to detail and long-term performance in mind, that’s where I come in.

WHAT HOMEOWNERS SAY

Real Feedback From Recent Projects

We take pride in delivering clean installations, thoughtful system design, and long-term performance. Here’s what homeowners have to say about working with VisionAiry Heating & Cooling.

  • David installed our new fully electric multi-zone heat pump system, mixed ducted/ductless to replace old AC & gas furnace. The work was thorough, detailed, and neat. David went over and above to keep us comfortable, resolved some historic oddities in our HVAC system, and provided support with app controls.

  • With boiler heating and no duct work in our house we have been looking to get a mini split system installed to provide some AC. It is one thing to know what you are doing but it is another to actually care about what you are doing and David has both. From first contact to the finished job David was forthright and honest on everything but also provided a high level of competency and quality for doing the job. I could not be happier with the whole process from beginning to end and highly endorse him for any work he does.
